LHH is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our client’s onboarding and compliance functions. This long-term temporary role plays a key part in ensuring new hires have a smooth start and that HR practices meet all regulatory and internal standards. Hybrid schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding activities including new hire documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access setup.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and required training programs.
  • Serve as a primary contact for new employees, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding workflows and improve compliance tracking.
