Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling primarily the recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee engagement. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple HR and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

· Oversee employee separation procedures, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.

· Handle attendance management and payroll processing accurately and on time.

· Maintain and update HR records, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with company policy and UAE labor law.

· Respond to and manage employee requests, grievances, and HR-related queries.

· Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

· Support management with HR reports, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Minimum of Diploma in Human Resources.

· Minimum of 2–4 years of HR generalist experience in the UAE.

· Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
