We are seeking a detail oriented Human Resources Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations and benefits administration.

Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes& conducting interviews. Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding process, including pre employment background Levell II screening and drug test. Manage employee relations by providing guidance on conflict management & compliance with FMLA & OSHA regulations, along with AHCA guidelines pertaining to employment. Administer employee benefits programs. Maintain accurate HRIS records perform data entry tasks related to employee information and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with affirmative action planning requirements & assist in audits related to human resources practices and State guidelines & workers comp.

Experience: Experience in HR management is essential; long term care preferred. Familiarity with employment & labor law, benefits administration and HR sourcing techniques. Strong analytical skills for data collection & reporting purposes. Excellent communications skills.
