Position Summary

The HR Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role in Columbus, Ohio. The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role is responsible for handling routine employee inquiries, assisting with compliance-related tasks, and supporting general HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic benefits information.

- Perform routine HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, updating records, and preparing standard HR documents.

- Support compliance efforts by assisting with audits, documentation reviews, and accuracy checks of personnel files and required records.

- Help coordinate HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and data entry into HR systems.

- Monitor shared HR inboxes and ensure timely and professional responses to employee requests.

- Assist with the preparation of reports, tracking of HR metrics, and other light analytical tasks as needed.

- Provide general support to the HR team on various projects, initiatives, and day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (HR internship experience accepted).

- Experience with ATS platforms and/or HR softwares (preferred).

Skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
