Job Title: HR Coordinator (Onsite)Location: Doral, FL (100% onsite, 5 days/week)

Compensation: $52,000–$56,000 per year

About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations at our Doral office. This is an onsite position supporting employees and leadership across core HR functions including onboarding, HR administration, employee support, and recruiting coordination. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities: HR Administration & Employee Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and route requests as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files (new hires, status changes, terminations).
- Assist with benefits administration support: enrollments, changes, and employee guidance.
- Support compliance activities (I-9s, personnel documentation, policy acknowledgments).
- Help coordinate employee relations processes and track required documentation.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding processes end-to-end including offer letters, background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling.
- Ensure new hires are fully set up in systems and have required tools/access on Day 1.
- Support offboarding tasks including exit documentation, final check coordination, and system updates.
Recruiting & Hiring Coordination
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Post roles, track applicants, and maintain recruiting pipelines in the ATS.
- Support hiring logistics including reference checks and pre-hire documentation.
HR Projects & Office Support
- Assist with HR initiatives such as engagement activities, training coordination, and policy rollouts.
- Prepare reports and trackers for HR metrics (headcount, turnover, onboarding status, etc.).
- Support onsite office HR needs and help ensure a positive employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, benefits, and HR compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; comfort learning HR systems.
Preferred / Highly Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience onboarding new hires, especially in high-volume environments.
- Experience with HRIS and/or ATS platforms.
- Exposure to payroll support or timekeeping systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Onsite in Doral, FL — 5 days per week.
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for recruiting or onboarding needs.
