Your Focus

Administer all aspects of the organization’s I-9 process and procedures according to federal regulations.

Process and verify new hire information into the human resources information system.

Assist with the new hire orientation and onboarding for corporate new hires.

Complete special projects such as onboarding, compliance, and performance management process when adding new hotels and employees to the organization.

Assist with the administration of pre-employment background checks and compliant adverse action processing.

Assist with the communicating and data gathering of the company’s annual engagement survey.

Assist in planning and executing office culture and events.

Provide administrative support to human resources management staff.
-
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Your Background And Skills
-
Previous experience (1-2 years) in the human resources or hospitality field preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage information flow.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work on independent tasks.
