As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources to assist with organization and planning and partner with the Human Resources team. You will create an environment of positive employee relations, keep confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, interface with employees and management as approachable and fair, balance business needs with employee needs by building trust across the team by providing timely and thoughtful support.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively manage/perform/administer/direct all job functions, including but not limited to the following:

Provide administrative assistance to Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Collaborates and supports the HR team with assigned projects.

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy.

Auditing of Employee files and HRIS systems as needed.

Assist with onboarding experience for multiple states.

Act as liaison between employees and management to help assist with employee inquiries.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
-
At least 1-2 years of Human Resources related experience or similar.

Excellent organizational and time-management ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive employee information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software (e.g., HRIS systems)

Knowledge of ADP functions a plus.
Compensation

Hourly Range: $26.28 - $35.04 per hour
