<Responsibilities>
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), social media management, and HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- Support employee evaluation processes, including performance management and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
- Support benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), Workers' Compensation, OSHA regulations, and other employment laws.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting positive communication skills across teams.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and recordkeeping in systems like Paychex, UltiPro, ADP, or Kronos while ensuring data collection integrity.
- Contribute to organizational design and change management projects that support strategic planning and workforce management objectives.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, recruitment processes, and HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Ceridian.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, succession planning, and performance management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payroll systems like Paychex or Paylocity; familiarity with tools such as Taleo or iCIMS is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new HR technologies including Lever or iCIMS platforms for applicant tracking and data collection.
- Organizational skills essential for managing multiple responsibilities such as contract administration, data entry, and training coordination. Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
