Human Resources Coordinator

Duties

  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Workday, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively and understand company policies and procedures.
  • Support employee evaluation processes by gathering data for performance reviews and assisting managers with performance management initiatives.
  • Administer benefits programs and manage benefits documentation using platforms such as ADP or Paychex to ensure accurate data entry and employee support.
  • Maintain compliance with employment & labor law standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements through diligent recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills using tools like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for training management.
  • Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance on conflict management, workplace policies, and HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative experience supporting HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment law, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA standards.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday, UltiPro, or Ceridian for data collection and workforce management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience with recruiting tools like Taleo, Lever, or iCIMS; payroll systems such as Kronos or Paychex; and social media management for employer branding is preferred.

Pay: Up to $25.11 per hour
