Human Resources Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing hiring and placement of personal care assistants and maintaining client and personnel files.

Responsibilities

- Conduct interviews with potential personal care assistants and gather all documentation needed for hiring

- Be willing to travel up to 1 hour to do intake and assessments on new clients

- Assist in payroll processing

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism

- Maintain office filing systems and databases

- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and phone systems

- Support staff with clerical tasks as needed

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Administration, or Human Resources

- Familiar with home health services

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of schedule management and coordination

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Word: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
