We at TLC DD Group Homes LLC are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management systems and employment laws. Duties
- A large part of the role is the management of employee and DDD related files including tracking compliance
- Colaborating with the executive team to obtain DDD Group Home licensing and monitoring and keep group homes in compliance.
- Coordinate talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through various platforms and conduct interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding, Managing compliance of employee files, keeping track of Level One Fingerprinting, mandatory certifications required by the Department of Economic Security and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Oversee employee evaluation and performance management processes, utilizing tools like Paychex.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms such as Paychex or ADP.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational design projects to improve HR workflows and workforce planning.
- Handle HRIS data entry, data collection, and reporting for workforce management and strategic planning purposes.
- Manage employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leadership and coordinate talent management strategies including performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent through social media management and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain accurate records related to contracts, payroll processing, and employee documentation using systems like Paychex.
- Support training & development programs aimed at employee growth and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, or benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex is required.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and HR platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- This position requires candidates to acquire a Level One Fingerprint Card, Prevention and Support Training, Article 9 Training, CPR/First Aid within 60 days of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
