We are looking for a passionate
HR Director
for our HQ in New York as we continue to expand across the US!
Reporting directly to the COO, you will shape and deliver Venchi’s people strategy in alignment with our global HR vision, partnering closely with the Global CHRO and senior leadership to enable business growth and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the US people strategy, fully aligned with Venchi’s global 3-year HR roadmap and business objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.

Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks in accordance with federal and local labor regulations

Lead the talent management agenda, including performance management, structured training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.

Provide strategic direction for talent acquisition for both Corporate and Retail teams, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to meet current and future business needs.

Review and enhance the company’s total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits, in partnership with the Global HR team to remain competitive in the market.

Develop, coach, and empower the US HR team to deliver excellence in both strategic and operational HR activities.
The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)

Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a multi-unit retail, food & beverage, or hospitality environment.

Proven success partnering with senior executives on organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation.

In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement people strategies that drive business results.

Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
