As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Human Resources Director" with below requirements for our client.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on soft HR processes.
  • Proven track record in managing blue-collar operations within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus.


Job Description


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
  • Manage blue-collar workforce operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
