Human Resources Director

Calvado Care LLC is currently seeking a well seasoned Human Resources and Payroll Professional to function in our Gasport healthcare facility. We are under new management and looking for the right team member for this role. The ideal candidate will have weekly payroll eperience, human resources experience both in a heathcare facility highly preferred. Other responsibilities shall include recruitment, retention, weekly orientation participation, processing staff requests as needed, reports as requested, processing a timely payroll, workers compensation, disability claims, other duties as assigned. Knowledge of NYS healthcare facility background checks and the CHRC system is highly preferred but will train the right person. This is a Full Time, Weekday position (Sunday payrolls a possiblity depending on holidays).
