Job Summary and Qualifications
Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Human Resources, this role leads complex, enterprise-level HR initiatives that advance critical business objectives. The position partners with senior HR and business leaders to identify and deliver high‑visibility transformation tied to growth, expansion, standardization, and simplification. This leader serves as a trusted advisor, strategic executor, and influential communicator, driving change across HR and the broader organization.
What you will do in this role:

Lead complex, enterprise HR projects that drive measurable business outcomes, including growth, expansion, standardization, and simplification

Partner with senior HR and operational leaders to identify priorities, define scope, establish governance, manage risk, and deliver results

Advance HR strategy through strong stakeholder management, influencing executives without formal authority and navigating competing priorities and resistance

Apply enterprise thinking by anticipating cross‑functional and downstream impacts, translating HR initiatives into business outcomes (cost, risk, performance)

Organize and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives successfully

Plan, implement, and oversee large, high‑visibility projects, maintaining momentum in ambiguous and fast‑paced environments

Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned areas, providing strategic guidance on project direction, implementation approach, and operational impact

Ensure alignment of people, process, and infrastructure changes across the organization through coordinated project planning

Define success using clear metrics (e.g., adoption, ROI, cycle time) and leverage data to course‑correct in real time

Drive infrastructure simplification through change management, digital transformation, and integration into the standard HR operating model

Lead HR process improvement, redesign, and implementation efforts to ensure sustainability and enterprise alignment

Develop executive‑ready communications, dashboards, presentations, and reports that enable clear decision‑making

Establish and maintain strong partnerships across HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and Centers of Excellence

Collaborate with Regional HRVPs, Line of Business HR leaders, and COEs to provide feedback and improve HR strategies and programs

Support effective utilization of the HR support model, guiding leaders to appropriate channels and ensuring adherence to HR policies and processes
What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading complex projects, enterprise initiatives, HR operations, business operations, or related strategic work

At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources

Project management training or certification preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with project tracking, reporting, and presentation tools

25% travel
