Responsibilities:

• Oversee all human resource functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with state and federal regulations

• Provide HR guidance and support employees to foster a positive and productive work environment

• Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training and development to employees

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including NYS labor laws, OSHA, and NYS DOH regulatory compliance
