Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support the organization’s workforce. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, and HR compliance to ensure a smooth and effective HR function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Facilitate smooth employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Foster positive workplace culture and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation in line with company policies.
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in implementing appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
  • Coordinate with managers to support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations/generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management).
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law (or relevant local laws).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.
