Human Resources Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance activities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and job boards.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, and manage employee onboarding.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities, engagement programs, and training sessions.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and probation reviews.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and termination notices.

4. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor attendance and leave records; coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
  • Assist in handling payroll inputs and resolving discrepancies.

5. Policy Implementation & Improvement

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes for better efficiency and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
