Mod Offshore also aims to provide significant support to clients by assisting in the execution of engineering projects and strategic Asset Management Plans (AMP) for their offshore ventures.

Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zonguldak/Çaycuma for a Human Resources Executive/Manager. This role will be responsible for managing some aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment , employee relations , performance management , HR budgets, HR analytics & reporting , payroll and other HR functions when it is needed. He/She will also oversee compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures, and will work closely with all departments to support the organization's growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives, in coordination with the MOD central HR department,
  • Ensure the selection of qualified personnel in line with company policies and strategies, creating a team that adds value to the company through recruitment and orientation programs aligned with the corporate culture and vision,
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, policies, and procedures,
  • Implement and oversee performance management system to support employee growth and organizational goals,
  • Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution,
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and procedures,
  • Collaborate with the MOD central HR department to enhance organizational effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Experience in managing recruitment , employee relations , performance management , HR budgets, HR analytics & reporting , payroll functions mainly.
  • Excellent understanding of local labor laws and regulations,
  • Experience in marine, oil&gas, renewable energy, engineering, offshore sectors,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems,
  • Capable of actively contributing to the development and institutionalization of Human Resources processes within the company, with project management experience,
  • Strong budgeting, reporting, and analytical skills,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Possess strong representation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
  • Having positive communication, successful teamwork, being research-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible,
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR initiatives into business results,
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Zonguldak/Çaycuma ,
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations as required for business needs.
