Job Title: HR Executive (Employee Engagement & Generalist)

Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:-Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
-Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and pulse surveys.
-Foster a positive workplace culture through creative engagement strategies.
-Celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and special events.HR Generalist Tasks:
-Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
-Support performance appraisal process coordination.
-Assist in grievance handling and basic conflict resolution.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of HR experience in an IT or tech environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
