My client is a rapidly growing developer in the retail and lifestyle space. They manage multiple sites across the city, hosting a mix of food, retail, and lifestyle brands.

The Role

My client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & PRO Executive to manage all HR and government relations activities across their operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth employee processes and full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Support management with performance reviews, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Draft employment offers, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
• Collaborate with finance on payroll submissions and reimbursements.
• Ensure HR policies and processes comply with UAE labor law.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Public Relations (PRO)

• Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and medicals for all staff.
• Manage company trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and vehicle registrations.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, DMT, etc.).
• Maintain accurate tracking logs for all submissions, approvals, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR and PRO experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa procedures.
• Arabic is imperative for this role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• UAE driving license preferred.
