Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top candidates through social media management and targeted recruiting campaigns.
- Oversee onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs to ensure smooth integration and continuous growth of new hires.
- Manage employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms like Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity; ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Handle HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection, data entry, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to adapt organizational structures or processes efficiently while maintaining employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and OSHA standards through diligent policy updates and training sessions.
- Manage conflict resolution processes effectively while fostering open communication across teams.
- Coordinate with payroll systems such as Kronos or UltiPro for accurate salary processing and benefits administration.
- Support contract negotiations and maintain documentation related to employment contracts and company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including talent management, workforce management, and organizational design.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft or Ceridian; proficiency in Workday is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated ability in project management—leading HR initiatives from conception through execution—while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Taleo for sourcing talent efficiently.
- Background in training & development programs designed to enhance employee skills and career growth pathways.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or ADP for benefits administration accuracy.
