  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality positions (front office, F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, admin, etc.).
  • Create job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads.  Maintain an active candidate pipeline for critical operational roles.
  • Facilitate smooth joining processes for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize staff with company policies, culture, and service standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and induction checklists.
  • Assist in planning staff engagement activities, training programs, and events.
  • Address employee concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with hospitality company values.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
  • Prepare letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries related to policies, leave, salary, and benefits.
  • Support supervisors in employee evaluations and performance improvement plans.
  • Track probation reviews and appraisal documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
