Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our organization's human capital strategies. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring a thriving workplace culture. As a key driver of organizational success, you will implement innovative HR initiatives, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your proactive approach will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using advanced ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Workday.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee orientation programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.
  • Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to support career development.
  • Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards to ensure employee safety and well-being.
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational restructuring, policy updates, or HR system transitions such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Foster positive employee relations through conflict management, effective communication skills, and HR sourcing strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Maintain accurate HR data entry and records within HRIS platforms like UltiPro or Paychex while ensuring data collection integrity for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on human capital management practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and applicant tracking systems such as Taleo or Lever.
  • Experience with benefits administration, payroll systems like Paychex or ADP, and workforce management tools such as Kronos or Dayforce.
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with administrative experience in data entry, contract management, and social media management for employer branding efforts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
