Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Head to manage day-to-day HR operations at our plush toy manufacturing unit.
The role is primarily execution-focused, responsible for manpower hiring, attendance, worker management, and on-ground HR administration, while coordinating with the central HR and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hiring of operators, helpers, and support staff, including basic screening and quick onboarding.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee records, including ID issuance.
- Maintain daily attendance, overtime, and leave records, and share data with the central accounts team for salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and basic labor laws, and maintain all required statutory registers and documentation.
- Handle worker grievances, disputes, and discipline, ensuring smooth shop-floor operations.
- Monitor absenteeism, manpower shortages, and workforce stability, and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Plant Manager on warnings, terminations, and workforce decisions.
- Manage and coordinate with security agency, housekeeping staff, and other support services, including attendance and billing verification.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for factory inspections, audits, and buyer visits.
- Act as the link between factory operations and central HR/accounts team, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Experience
- 3–8 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing / factory environment.
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce (100+ workers) preferred.
- Graduate in any field. HR specialization (MBA / Diploma) preferred but not mandatory
Skills
- Strong manpower hiring and worker management skills
- Basic understanding of labor laws, PF, and ESI
- Ability to handle discipline and conflict resolution
- Basic computer skills (Excel, attendance systems, ERP, reports)

Pay: ₹23,245.96 - ₹38,027.28 per month
