Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities -

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and trackers.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, insurance, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant regulations.
  • Monitor deadlines and statutory requirements without escalation.
  • Coordinate training, upskilling, and staff development plans with department heads.
  • Conduct probation reviews and assist with career progression tracking.

Performance Management & Employee Relations

  • Manage attendance, conduct, and performance matters consistently and professionally.
  • Handle disciplinary processes, warnings, and terminations in line with company policy and UAE Labour Law.
  • Address employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and clarity.
  • Reduce the need for management involvement through sound HR judgment.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment processes including screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth joining processes and clear documentation.
  • Maintain structured recruitment and onboarding records.

Culture, Standards & Administration

  • Support a professional, accountable workplace culture.
  • Maintain boundaries, confidentiality, and neutrality at all times.
  • Act as a reliable point of accountability within the back office.
  • Ensure standards are upheld consistently, even when management is not present.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
