Human Resources Executive

We are a dynamic organization in Dubai seeking a proactive and organized Talent Enablement Executive to join our People & Culture team. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience, particularly for new joiners, while supporting various engagement and operational initiatives. Reporting to the Manager – Talent Enablement, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient onboarding journey and fostering a positive workplace culture.


Responsibilities


  • Organize monthly welcome lunches for new joiners and senior leaders.
  • Ensure Day 1 readiness and deliver an exceptional new joiner experience, including collaborating with Hiring Managers to prepare workspaces in a timely manner.
  • Identify and assign a “Buddy” for every new joiner, and send welcoming communications to Hiring Managers and Buddies.
  • Identify and encourage employees to participate in “Employee Spotlight” features (Q&A profiles) and publish them on the internal platform for greater visibility.
  • Coordinate and arrange company breakfasts for employees twice a week.
  • Regularly update and publish an internal glossary of company-specific terms on the employee portal.
  • Organize quarterly birthday celebrations for employees, collaborating with People & Culture Operations and Food & Beverage teams.
  • Maintain the employee training database.
  • Arrange flights and accommodation for new joiners as needed.
  • Support the Marketing team with internal events such as Townhalls, Long Service Awards, and similar activities.
  • Assist in updating job descriptions and related documentation.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (specialization in Human Resources preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling employee information.


Required Skills


  • Previous work experience in an HR or People & Culture department, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
  • Experience in onboarding, employee engagement, or event coordination is highly desirable.


Pay range and compensation package


AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
