Am to 6am (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Assist in payroll coordination, salary processing, and benefits administration
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
• Implement and communicate HR policies and company procedures
• Support performance management, confirmations, and exit processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
• Coordinate training, engagement activities, and HR reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh –2 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HRIS or attendance management systems
• Recruitment and onboarding experience
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
