Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Kolkata. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. The role also involves strategizing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in conducting effective interviews and candidate evaluations
• Experience in Recruiting strategies and talent sourcing techniques
• Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to enhance company appeal
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
