We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to lead recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our new office at Kozhikode, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and performance appraisal activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and training initiatives.
• Foster a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or software development sector.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring and IT roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software tools.
