This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization's facilities and ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant with health, safety, and HR regulations. This role combines human resource functions with facility management to support employee well-being and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

  • Supervise the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and routine services.
  • Oversee building systems including HVAC, lighting, and safety equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor facility budgets and manage expenses related to utilities, maintenance, and supplies.

Human Resources Support:

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
  • Support onboarding logistics including workspace setup, access cards, and necessary equipment.
  • Assist with workplace policy implementation related to safety, ergonomics, and employee wellness.
  • Handle employee facility-related concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility-related incidents, inspections, and compliance reports.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain facility documentation such as maintenance logs, safety reports, and vendor contracts.
  • Prepare reports on facility conditions, needs, and projects.
  • Support space planning and office moves or expansions.
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify areas for improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility supervision, office administration, or HR coordination.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software (if applicable).
