Job Title: HR Generalist – 2M PLAST

Company Overview:
2M PLAST is a manufacturing company specialized in PVC, shower hoses, and fire protection systems. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Sherouk City.

Job Brief:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting HR functions across two company locations. The role requires experience in recruitment, job descriptions, organizational development, and payroll coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
• Prepare and update job descriptions and organization charts.
• Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement.
• Assist in performance management processes and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and participate in internal audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and payroll processes.
• Experience in job description preparation and OD projects.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Transportation: Provided to Sherouk location
