*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the HR department, contributing to various HR functions and supporting the organization's workforce. *Responsibilities* - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Oversee talent management processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and training - Implement and monitor performance management programs - Lead HR projects related to policy development, compliance, and process improvement - Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment - Utilize social media for employer branding and recruitment efforts - Support change management initiatives within the organization - Contribute to strategic planning for human capital management *Experience* - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred - Proven experience in human resources functions such as employee relations, talent management, and performance management - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices - Familiarity with social media management for HR purposes - Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward - Understanding of change management principles and their application in organizations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
