Staffing Coordinator/Human Resources

Home Health agency seeking diversified individual for staffing coordinator/HR position. Candidate must have outstanding organization, communication and leadership skills. Must be a detailed oriented individual able to focus on tasks with precision and accuracy. Must be computer literate, preferably proficient in MS Excel. Job would include supporting candidates screening, hiring and orientations. Responsibilities will include developing work schedules by allocating employees to fulfill available shifts.
