Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Pueblo, CO. This pivotal role will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service by managing various HR functions that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement employee training programs.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism.
• Administer benefits programs and payroll processes.
• Support performance management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
• Collaborate with management on strategic HR planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with talent acquisition strategies is preferred.
• Familiarity with performance management practices is a plus.
