Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting Elevate MD’s people operations and ensuring a consistent, positive employee experience. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, training, compliance, performance coordination, and culture-building.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and proactive—someone who enjoys building structure, supporting growth, and maintaining alignment across a dynamic, fast-paced medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical, administrative, and marketing roles
  • Partner with department leads to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare and send offer letters, manage pre-employment paperwork, and track onboarding timelines

Onboarding & Training

  • Develop and execute organized onboarding plans for all new hires
  • Create department-specific training checklists and orientation materials
  • Coordinate with leads to ensure completion of HIPAA, OSHA, and role-based training
  • Track training progress and maintain compliance records
  • Conduct new hire introductions and reinforce Elevate MD’s values and culture

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and labor standards
  • Schedule and track required annual compliance trainings and certifications
  • Update and communicate company policies as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters
  • Monitor adherence to attendance, conduct, and operational standards

Performance & Employee Coaching

  • Support the coordination and documentation of performance reviews
  • Partner with leadership to facilitate coaching and development conversations when performance concerns arise
  • Document conversations and ensure consistent communication and follow-up
  • Help employees set actionable goals and track progress
  • Encourage a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and accountability

Culture & Communication

  • Help foster a positive, team-oriented, and high-performance culture
  • Schedule and coordinate staff, sales, and marketing meetings
  • Support leadership with internal communications and event coordination
  • Organize employee recognition, birthdays, and milestone celebrations
  • Serve as a bridge between staff and leadership, ensuring clear, timely communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of HR or office management experience (healthcare or medspa experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and employee compliance standards
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
