Responsibilities:Receive approved manpower and make sure that any position out of the approved manpower, shall add to SRF and be approved from Project controlsPosting jobs on online channels and Recruit to the assigned project Receive and maintain the hiring documents of new hired employeesCreate job offers, contracts, and any related documents.Maintain the filing system and archive documents for newly hired, current, and resigned
employees.Review monthly attendance and leaves report, including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary.Monitor attendance devices and the attendance device system on the BioTime programFinalize Form 1 for new hires and follow up on the hiring process.Handle the paperwork related to the termination and resignation processes. Finalize Form 6 for resigned employees and follow up until the whole process.Send warnings to the post office in case of employee absence for more than 5 or 10 days.Ensure proper orientation for new employees. Explain HR processes and procedures for newcomers and existing employees.Keep up to date with all new updates in governmental regulations and laws. Answering to employees’ enquiries about Maintaining employees’ files updated and complete regarding lawful and traditional HR standards. Issuing HR Forms and any other Needed FormsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area3+ years' of experience working in Human ResourcesStrong interpersonal and communication skills
