My client is a growing media company with an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Human Resource Generalist. This newly created Senior Human Resource Generalist opportunity will be responsible for variety of operational human resource duties The HR Generalist opportunity will offer hybrid work options, great benefits, and career growth. The HR Generalist will be responsible for leave administration, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and onboarding. Human Resource Generalist candidates with ADP are highly encouraged to apply. The Senior Human Resource will be responsible for the following duties:


• Daily operational human resource duties

• Conduct all new hire employee orientations

•Assist with processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now

• Prepare benefits packets and process open enrollment

• Responsible for employee relations matters with all staff

• Administration of the annual performance management program; monitoring the timeliness of distribution to and receipt from client leaders of all evaluation forms and job descriptions and facilitating open communication between supervisors and employees.

• Manage the process of all employee disciplinary actions


Requirements:

BS/BA degree or PHR, SHRM

2 + years’ experience in human resources

2 + years’ experience in recruiting

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Stable job history

ADP experience is a plus
