About Us
At Motivated Learners, we help children with autism and developmental differences reach
their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. With three
growing locations, we’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist who’s passionate
about people, culture, and purposeful hiring.

What You’ll Do
As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team across all sites by

• Recruiting & Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment for BCBAs, RBTs, and

clinical/administrative roles.

• Onboarding: Create a welcoming experience for new hires and ensure smooth

transitions into our clinics.

• Employee Support: Foster engagement, manage HR systems, and assist with

performance and compliance processes.

• Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, HIPAA, and HR best

practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR experience (multi-site or healthcare setting preferred)
• Strong recruiting and communication skills
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems
