Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Lahore. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily tasks will include benefits administration, handling employee relations, and supporting management in HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Experience in HR should be at least 1-2 years.
