Human Resource Generalist Job Duties:

  • Recruiting assistance- posting job vacancies, screening, scheduling and interviewing
  • Benefits liaison for new hires and during annual open enrollment
  • Reconciling all employee, new hire, HR and vendor invoices
  • Assist in implementation of our Human Resource policies
  • Process unemployment claims
  • Research and process Worker’s Compensation claims
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Point of contact for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Process payroll through ADP and distribute payroll reports
  • Prepare annual and quarterly audits

Requirements:

· Organization

· Time Management

· ADP WorkforceNow

· Worker's Compensation experience

· Strong Communication skills

· Teamwork

· MS Excel experience

· Must possess the highest integrity

· Highly motivated, self-starter

Job Type: Full-time
