Human Resources Generalist

We are a growing, team-oriented company seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with Massachusetts and federal employment laws.

This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a medium sized-company environment and is comfortable managing multiple HR functions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Process payroll and administer benefits using ADP
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and Massachusetts employment laws
• Administer leave programs including FMLA and Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML)
• Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS reporting
• Update and maintain company policies and employee handbook
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll and HR systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts labor laws
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Bi-lingual a plus- Spanish

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
