Position Summary
The HR Generalist performs professional level human resources functions and carries out responsibilities in one or more functional areas, such as, staffing/recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, compensation, leaves and benefits. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in ensuring the Company is utilizing HR technology efficiently and effectively.
Job Duties
Education
An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; in the absence of a degree, directly-related job experience serving in an HR Generalist role, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement
