Human Resources Generalist

We serve clientsin finance, healthcare, staffing, transportation and other high-stakes industries.

We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist at our corporate office in Clifton Park, NY. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, exceptional communication skills and 2 years of Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all recruiting efforts.
• Support the pre-employment hiring process, including overseeing background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Respond to general personnel, payroll, and benefits questions from employees.
• Coordinate benefits administration – enrollment, changes, leave, and communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, and coordinate employee training.
• Manage leave administration in partnership with leadership as applicable.
• Track and maintain compliance items, required postings, I-9s
• Be a culture champion by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high energy environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in order to support our employees.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn payroll systems, HRIS platforms, proprietary applicant portal system and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
