Position Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and helping organizations build strong teams.

The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership to support hiring efforts, maintain HR records, assist with onboarding, and help ensure HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and assist with candidate recruitment
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll and HR systems administration (Gusto experience preferred)
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Assist leadership with employee relations and HR-related questions
• Help maintain and update employee handbook and HR documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1–4 years of HR, recruiting, or HR coordination experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with HRIS systems (Gusto or similar platforms preferred)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
• Experience in healthcare or clinical research is a plus but not required
