Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. This role will support a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and employee questions.
• Assist and support progressive discipline processes, including verbal warnings, written warnings, and suspensions in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation within employee files.

Skills

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, onboarding processes, and employee orientation programs.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with Paycom, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability with a commitment to minimizing unscheduled absences.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
