POSITION PURPOSE:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures that Human Resources policies and procedures are effectively implemented while fostering a positive workplace culture.
