Human Resources Generalist

We are supporting an exciting quantitative trading firm that originate in Tel Aviv/Israel but have been scaling in the USA for the last 3-4 years. The company has celebrated some exciting success in recent years so is looking to continue their growth in different areas.

The C level team is looking for a HR Generalist to join to assist in a range of responsibilities such as pay roll, benefits, on-boarding, vacation policy, expenses etc. You will be the first HR hire for this particular business area in the US so you will be a key person in all projects.

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in a HR seat

Financial environment experience

Great communication

Good ability with Excel and Microsoft PDF
