Human Resources Generalist

Ready to be the operational backbone of a multinational group. A leading holding company is hiring an HR Generalist based in Dubai.

About the Role: With operations spanning from Dubai to Africa across Manufacturing, Retail, and Ship Chandelling, we have recently implemented a robust organizational architecture. We are looking for a highly capable HR Generalist to own the day-to-day execution of our HR operations.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the primary point of contact for employee relations, system administration, and policy compliance across our international business units.

What You Will Do:

• HR Operations & Systems: Champion our HRMS. You will manage employee data, ensure our corporate grading matrix is accurately reflected, and generate key HR reports.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and operational escalations from General Managers across different countries.
• Policy Execution: Ensure company-wide policies (including mandatory incident reporting and performance management) are strictly adhered to across all verticals.
• Onboarding & Lifecycle: Manage the seamless induction of new hires and oversee the administrative lifecycle of employees from joining to offboarding.
• Compliance: Assist in monitoring labor compliance across our key operational regions.

What You Bring:

• 3 to 7 years of generalist HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and data management.
• High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate firmly but diplomatically with international site managers.
