We are currently conducting a Direct Hire search for an entry to mid - level HR Generalist to join the team of our client, a manufacturing company in the Madison area.

We are ideally seeking candidates with 2-5 years experience.


The HR Generalist will focus on:

  • FMLA and Leave administration
  • Hourly Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Processing system transfer, new hires, terms and conducting exit interviews
  • Main point of contact for manufacturing employees questions
  • Planning employee engagement initiatives
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
  • Growth into other tasks such as discipline approvals, investigations, grievances, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree for consideration for Generalist level. Candidates with Associate’s Degree would be considered for an HR Coordinator level
  • 2-5 years of HR related work experience preferred, but recent graduates with HR internship experience will also be considered.
  • Previous experience working for a manufacturing company ideal
  • Ability to handle the fast-paced and high demand work load of HR within manufacturing
  • Interest in growth in an HR career


Schedule: This is a full-time onsite day shift role working within a manufacturing company with 3 shifts - candidates need to be able to support off shifts as needed.


Comp: $75 - $90k BOE
